Driven by our commitment to social responsibility, we offer a limited amount of pro bono training and consultancy to support leadership teams in addressing a focused strategic challenge.
Our starting point is always your organisation’s context and challenge, whether that is sharpening purpose and strategic focus, creating alignment around priorities, or taking the first steps toward stronger execution.
We work with the same care, structure, and professionalism as in our consultancy engagements, while keeping the scope intentionally focused to create meaningful impact within a limited timeframe.

- Nonprofit organisations, charities, and social impact initiatives seeking clarity on strategy, priorities, or team alignment.
- Leadership teams looking for a focused, external facilitation to kick-start a specific strategic or alignment challenge.
This offering is especially suited for teams that benefit from external facilitation and structured thinking, but do not have the resources for a longer consultancy engagement.

Within a focused, 8-hour engagement, we can help leadership teams with:

The scope is intentionally focused on a specific challenge or objective.

Ongoing implementation or extended consultancy is outside the scope of this offering.

A SPOC within your leadership team, who can partner with us and carry forward the outcomes, is strongly recommended.”
